Nicholas Marouchak

Nicholas is both a lawyer and mortgage broker. He helps people navigate both the refinancing side and legal side of separating.
Nicholas co-created Split Wise because he firmly believes that advances in technology are able to make it quicker and more cost effective for couples to amicably split their finances during one of the most challenging times in their lives. Going through a divorce or separation is already hard enough - it doesn’t need to be any harder dealing with law firms charging far too much for legal documents.

Stefan Banovich
CO-FOUNDER & LAWYER
Stefan has over 15 years of experience as a lawyer and along with Nicholas co-founded SplitWise.
Stefan has assisted hundreds of clients avoid legal proceedings by engaging in meaningful and productive settlement discussions. Stefan helped co-found Split Wise to make it easier and quicker for couples to divide their finances without going to court.
Angelo Rechichi
FAMILY LAWYER
Angelo Rechichi is a family lawyer with over 3 years of experience in the industry. Angelo practises exclusively in family law, with a special focus on helping clients deal with property and financial issues that arise after separation.
Angelo’s experience includes calculating fair asset splits, helping clients reach resolution on property and financial matters through negotiation or Court proceedings, and preparing and reviewing legal documents and Family Court of WA forms.
Angelo has prepared a lot of consent orders. In 2022, he prepared approximately 100 consent orders. In 2023, he prepared over 200 consent orders. Angelo has also prepared, and reviewed, many binding financial agreements (both before and after separation).
